Print a log message.
Examples

Note
If specified logger has not been created,
print_log()will create a new logger withoutFileHandler.Warning

- Parameters
msg (str) – The message to be logged.
logger (logging.Logger | str | None) –
The logger to be used. Some special loggers are:
